Section 70
Additional bond, surety or bank guarantee can be requested
(1) If the amount of bond, surety or bank guarantee taken from an accused is found to be insufficient later, the court may ask him for additional bond, surety or bank guarantee.
(2) If the additional bond, surety or bank guarantee as per sub-section (1) cannot be given, such accused may be detained by the court.
